We offer truly holistic training programs that cater to different ages and skill sets. We emphasize the importance of setting goals and building character. We encourage our athletes to continually challenge their horizons and to recognize that the primary limits they face are self-imposed.
The funds we are raising will go towards scholarships, tournament fees uniforms and travel expenses for our volunteer coaches.
The Claypool Family felt that training Ambassadors throughout every football team would be a way to increase the visibility that there is help. We want the players to know that we understand mental health, we understand that life can be hard and we understand that it is ok to not be ok. We want to give them an opportunity to speak about it privately with the people they see outside of home and school in a different environment. Football used to be about just being a “tough guy” but the times we live in are much more challenging and come with different views and strong opinions.
The CLF Cultural Centre will be the new focal-point hub for all members in our community in connecting them with information, resources, a list of programs and social events to engage everyone to understand and appreciate our multicultural society. In cooperation with Pathfinder Youth Society, CCCA will provide executive direction and financial management to operate our new CLF Cultural Centre located in Richmond.
